BackGround

Parkside Gardens is a Private dwelling that is having a complete refurbishment including the stand-alone pool house.

Challenge

We had to install a system that could achieve a high thermal performance but not increase the height of the existing building due to planning restrictions, however due to the Parapet and gutter details and upstand to rooflights etc half the roof was detail work.

Solution

Triflex specified a Warm roof system that incorporated a Vacuum panel insulation and tapered insulation on top to provide falls to the perimeter gutter, all finished in a Triflex liquid coating.
